Hello, I’m Joel—
Design allows me to work creatively with brands and people from all different walks of life. I'm always willing to take the lead on a project, but I'm happiest being a part of a true collaboration. I appreciate good ideas, and celebrate great ones. I believe that visual identity design is a balance between creative problem solving and thoughtful inspiration.

Trained in graphic design at the University of Georgia, and audio and video production at Full Sail University. Many of my roles have allowed me to bridge disciplines to create dynamic brand identities.
Currently, I own a vintage clothing company called Orphintage "A home for wayward tees". We source vintage items for collectors, tastemakers, and those who appreciate rare items from the past. I have loved using my experience to build a brand from the foundation up.
Previously, I've created identities for Gas South District, The City of Sugar Hill, and Athens Canine Rescue. I've engineered at Battery Studios for artists such as Justin Timberlake and Alicia Keys, and helped productions for companies like E! Entertainment, Bunim/Murray Productions, and Electronic Arts.
Outside of work, I enjoy travel and Atlanta & UGA sports with my son and wife, Jess.
